“After Purchasing the COUNTOURBRETON NC300, it quickly started sinking in that I had just spent more money on one piece of equipment than on any other aspect of my business. With this realization, it dawned on me that I would soon need to figure out how to set up this technologically cutting-edge machine.  All I knew was old-school, manually operated machinery.

Being apprehensive, I wanted to utilize all the training Breton had to offer.  Therefore, I made sure to be as prepared as possible for the delivery of this massive machine.  Looking back, that was one of the best decisions I made.  Primarily, because once the Breton Technician arrived, I could completely engage in the setup, versus getting my shop ready to receive the machine.

The Breton technician; Giovanni, was determined to make me self-sufficient.  He had 2 weeks to install the machine and train me, therefore we worked hard to make the most of every minute.  He trained me to problem solve, so that when he wasn’t by my side, I could think on my own through a multitude of solutions for any occasion.

However, when I did have an issue that I couldn’t fix on my own, I could rely on Breton’s USA’s service. Their Service Department is well equipped to bridge the gap between what I know and what I don’t. Thankfully, I have only had to contact them, not even, a handful of times.

The decision to work with this company has been life-changing.  I cannot imagine how my business could have grown in the same way without this machine (who we have affectionately named “Carolina”), or the relationship with Breton.”
