The Paragon is a multiwire machine designed and built to cut blocks of stone into slabs for fabrication shops. It is engineered to have the three different diamond wire configurations for cutting stone, being 5.3, 6.3, and 7.3mm in diameter. This machine has five rollers and pulleys for evenly distributed cutting through the block. The wire driving drum’s motor-driven movement allows the wires to be as close to the block as possible for maximum accuracy. The rollers are mounted inside a rigid closed steel structure that slides along the supporting columns, rigidly anchored to the ground and stabilized by steel tie rods to support perfect cuts.

The Paragon was designed to maximize operators’ overall experience:

• Immediate and intuitive operator interface of the touch screen for machine management
• Triangle geometry with only 5 references 
• Diameter of all the referrals of 1,000 mm 
• Adjustable thread guide rollers 
• Ease and speed in wire change and positioning operations 
• Hydraulic tensioner that ensures uniform tension between the wires
Breton CNC Machines
Its rubberized profiles are bicolor, being red and gray, to facilitate easy assembly of the wires. The profiles are available in two different trim levels, providing different cutting orders, depending on your cutting requirements. The Paragon’s cutting capacities are 600, 800, 1000, 1600 and 2100 mm, allowing operators to mount up to 78 wires with the largest range.
