Breton USA sponsors the NSI Study Tour
By John Fallon, a Direct Salesmen for Breton USA:
Breton SpA recently hosted the Natural Stone Institute and their Study Tour members at their headquarters in Castelo di Godego, Italy. The NSI is a trade association that represents every aspect of the natural stone industry. A group of 70 NSI members were welcomed to Breton’s headquarters on September 24th, kicking off an educational trip leading up to the Marmomac Show in Verona, Italy.
The group’s first stop was in the media theater for a brief presentation on Breton’s history and mission statement. The presentations also included showing fabricators our innovations for the future. They were given by Chiara Toncelli, Breton’s Product Planning Manager and Arianna Toncelli, Strategic Manager of Business Development for Breton. Stefano Costa, Breton’s Area Manager and Gianrico Filippetto, Breton USA’s President were also in attendance for the event.
After a welcoming speech by our new National Sales Manager, Egon Hinss, the group was escorted through the factory by Breton engineers, as well as Graham Tait and John Fallon. The tour was very well received.
Shortly after receiving a tour of the plant, the members were treated to a spectacular lunch in the nearby town of Castelo di Godego at the Villa Caprera. The historic grounds were the perfect place to unwind with beverages, risotto, and fine cheeses from the region. Though everyone wanted to stay, the group reluctantly moved on to the next venue.
As each attendee said their goodbyes, they thanked the hosts for the wonderful day with Breton.
