Latest in Technology: NC300 K19 EVO
Breton is known for developing and continually improving their technology. The new Breton NC300 K19 EVO is the result of 30 years and seven generations of consistent improvement as the fruit of listening to the requests and needs of our customers.
This CNC machine is compact, affordable, and packed with features that make a Breton machine, well, a Breton!
Fully enclosed, the NC300 K19 EVO has a large continuous work table of 126” x 75” made of our patented Metalquartz® material and space for 24 (12+12) tools in covered magazines. The Breton built spindle is a powerful 15kW (20hp) spindle, with high performance ceramic bearings that can fit ISO 40 or HSK B40 tool holders. This spindle was specifically designed for machining natural stone, engineered stone, and ceramics. The machine has top- of- the- line controls like the Siemens Sinumerik 840D SL CNC unit, powered by our Breton Smartcam Mill software.
This machine can be equipped with a 4th axis, allowing the use of multiple heads, such as our zero-radius kit for polishing flats and 90 degree corners.
There are optional probes or lasers for checking diameter length and profile of tools, which simplify the set up and management of tools. To further streamline the critical set up process, we have both physical and laser references available, used in conjunction with a full range of vacuum workholding devices, from world class suppliers.
The entire project, from sales to logistics, to installation and support, is managed by the experience and professional team at Breton USA from our two support centers and three satellite facilities.
